Possible Risk

Your answers suggest a possible risk for a mental health condition. Our licensed online therapist Nicole Germano, LMSW, or peer mentor Danny Sosa, can review your emotional health with you in more detail, and provide personalized resources and support (both on- and offline).

These services are offered freely and confidentially within the state of New York.

Sometimes these experiences can be part of a health issue that requires treatment as soon as possible. No matter the underlying cause, these experiences commonly cause difficulty in school or work, with relationships, in your family, and/or with everyday activities. Partnering with a mental health professional is intended to help you get back to the things that are important in your life sooner.

These results do not mean that you have a mental illness. This quiz is not a diagnosis. But, if you haven’t already done so, now is great time to start a conversation with your support system: a parent, mentor, a therapist, or someone you trust about how you are doing. Talking about your answers to the quiz can be a helpful start to that conversation.
