“Starting weekly therapy sessions was the best thing I ever did. While I still have anxiety, it’s no longer all-consuming. I can sleep at night. My relationships, my job – everything is better. I’ve learned strategies for managing my stressors, and I’m able to go about my life the way I want to.”

"With my own lived experience as well as my professional background in social work, I am familiar with both the receiving and providing ends of treatment. So, I value the importance of supporting others through shared experiences & aim to ensure you feel heard and be seen.

"When I was 19, I became overwhelmed with stress and was failing my classes. With the encouragement of my friends & family, I saw a doctor. Thanks to the treatment I received, I was able to continue school & today I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner, helping young people get the support they need."
